Appointment booking
Please call, SMS or email our friendly staff if you want to make an appointment with Dr Moar. Consultations with Dr Moar are in our rooms at Suite 1, 22-36 Scott St, St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba. Dr Moar conducts outreach clinics in Stanthorpe and Kingaroy, which may be a more convenient option for our patients living in those regions.
Please note a referral from your GP (valid for 12 months) or your specialist (valid for 3 months) will be required by the day of your appointment to receive a rebate from Medicare.
Appointment cancellation
We would appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment, as this allows other patients access to consultations in those spaces.
Preparation for your consultation
Please bring your Medicare card, private health insurance details, a list of your current medications and any previous scan or test results relevant to your consultation.
